RECOVERY

Whether you casually workout or are involved in an intense training camp, training takes a toll on your body. Your body needs time to heal and recover in order to return to optimal function before the next workout. Proper nutrition, sleep, hydration, and rest are all factors that aid in recovery. Other aspects of recovery that you may need, but may not have access to, include massage, assisted stretching, cupping, compression therapy, heat therapy, and cold therapy. We offer these services and modalities that can help lessen the time it takes you to recover so that you can get back to training faster!
