What to Expect on your First Physical Therapy Visit:

  • Sign our Intake and IC & PP forms

  • Make a list of questions you would like to discuss 

  • List signs and symptoms that can be of importance to the therapist

  • Previous medical history, treatment and current medications

  • Thorough evaluation of the injury 

  • Implementation of applicable treatment(s)
